We wanted it to be a creative space for people to connect, create and make together. Originally the architect office of Adalberto Dias, we wanted to continue this genuine connection with small businesses for the space.

Long term rentals. 1 year or 6 month leases.

The MAD House will feature a fully equipped kitchen, dining/meeting area, a garden space perfect for sunny days, and security for added safety. The space is available for personal use at your leisure, but private events require a daily rental fee.

VAT, water and electricity are not included in the rent and will be billed monthly.
